Get to know me

       I've been waiting quite some time now to write my first blog post. Trying to find the perfect topic to kick her off has been extremely stressful. So I figured why not start with Me? There is not one other noun on this earth I know more about than Me. So sit back, grab a coffee (Or other delicious beverage of your choice) and take a few moments to get to know me and my blog a little bit better. 

To start off.

I have 3 challenges in life; vertically, geographically, & grammatically challenged.

        

       I tend to get lost very easy while driving especially in the dark or even walking around big stores and neighborhoods (No judging). I cant spell or use basic comas and other grammatical symbols right most of the time. Spell check has become my best friend (and my Mother, she is awesome at revising my papers for English... Moms do know stuff people.) Last but not least (no pun intended), my stature is 5'1". Yes, I climb on counters, step stools, and other assorted (sturdy... sometimes) objects to reach things I need. My favorite question to be asked is... "Are you tall enough to drive/see over the steering wheel." .Like they just assume that for the past 2 years of my driving life I've been blindly roaming the streets hitting things. Well for those pondering minds... I CAN SEE OVER THE STEERING WHEEL quite well I may add. You may resume walking on the side walks with out fear of being hit by Melvin (My car).

I am an artist, music being my forte.

      I absolutely love to inspire people and express myself. Art has always been that outlet for me. Other than my voice, piano is my instrument of choice. I started writing music in the 8th grade and found that it gave me the ability to say words through music that I may have never said other wise. I love to paint , color, and be creative. By creative I mean get on pintrest and find as many DIY projects that I can physically do with the least amount of money. <-- This statement sums up this past summer. Photography is what I want to do with my life, specifically weddings. Which explains the reason why I'm a sucker for a good love story... or maybe its the other way around?

I am saved by the grace of God and fail everyday at showing it.

       Being a christian in today's world is hard. Being a teenage christian girl in today's world is hard. Everyday I strive to live for Christ and everyday I fail, but those are lessons learned. The passion God has blessed me with for his kingdom is over whelming sometimes. Sometimes I don't feel like I'm the best choice for the things he has called me to do, but I work everyday to maintain a relationship with him so he can make me into a person who can do them.

      I like to look at life through a purell bottle finding positives in some of the most negative situations. I hope that you enjoy reading my blog, and getting to know me better because I'm just a small girl in a big world, with a lot to say.
