Senior year I started changing unhealthy habits. Mostly habits that interfered with my working out. However since arriving at Winthrop some of those habits came back... and others that weren't expected arrived. Like soda. Its so easy in Thompson to just grab a sprite. There is no sweet tea here. Let me repeat there is NO sweet tea here. Do you see my problem? sigh... So naturally I grab a sprite. Is that healthy? No. So this week with much thought Ive decided every week or two Im gonna break an unhealthy habit or start a new one.
This week goals:
1. Quit drinking soda
2. Acquire a taste for coffee and oat meal.
Stay tuned. Im just a small girl in a big world with a lot to say!
